When we needed to sell our condo in short order, I got the sense that Imraz would go the extra mile. Unlike many agents, Imraz actually adds tremendous value! At time where I wanted to cut corners (with staging for example), Imraz took it upon himself to ensure that the decor, photographs and listing were of the best quality. We listed the place on Friday and by Sunday it had sold generating loads of interest and showings in the meantime. We received an offer for more than we expected with a short closing date that we wanted - Imraz made it work out perfectly!
