Buying your first house is nerve racking and you're always trying to be hyper aware of little details, are you being scammed, should you speak up, will you look lost if you ask a question you should probably already know the answer to. Before buying this house I never knew Imraz or the Ramani team, they earn your trust quickly and work hard to never break it, it gives you comfort and takes the nerves out of the equation. Imraz took the time to listen to my story, he genuinely cared, he didn't seem to approach the real estate game the same way you expect a salesman to sell you a car, he's talked me out of some buys I was emotionally invested into that clearly did not fit our buying strategy and I can not express how grateful I am for that. We looked at so many houses in such a short time span, every house had something new to look at and Imraz took the time to educate me on the differences, understanding what was important, what can be overlooked, cost associated in changing things, the list was endless but the patience remained the same. Coming from a lifetime of apartment renting I had a lot to learn and the Ramani team was great at guiding me through it all. I was pleasantly surprised that the service did not stop with the purchase of the house, the Ramni team really goes the distance and completes a no hassle transition service. All the little documents you would need to change outside of the house itself when moving was supported through a transition team, they went as far as setting me up with all my moving supplies and deep cleaning my house before I even moved in. It's clear the Ramni team is trying to focus on building long term clients and not a quick sale, to me that's operating in good faith and just good business, I respect that. My family and I are incredibly happy with our new home, my mother drinks tea in the backyard every morning, seeing her smile between her sips makes it all worthwhile and Imraz and the Ramani team are at the core of that.

How was our experience working with Imraz?  It was absolutely a delight! I’ve had bad past experiences with realtors and Imraz just blew me out of the water. Just amazing and very professional at what he does, it made it so much easier for us.  The best part of working with Imraz and him dealing with this is because he treats this almost like his own transaction. He puts his care and ideas like he does for himself, not just a client. He’s just so efficient! I just send him a text and in half and hour or less than that time he

answers you, he knows what he’s talking about and if he doesn’t know, he will get the research

done and get back to us on it, so that was the best part for me. It made it alot easier to go

through this.

Through his vision and planning and us going ahead, he delivered his promise and he has the bragging rights about the highest ever sold on this street in south Unionville, so that is a bragging right!

Yeah, I don’t know how to explain it, it was just a really wonderful experience! I know it's been

a long time but a very quick time as well. We had problems, we talked about covid, we had

problems with some of the workers to be fair and Imraz was again able to take that, or if a

contractor couldn’t do what they were supposed to be doing he could easily switch to get

another contractor in. So all of that stuff just took out so much stress from us, and were very,

very grateful for that!
