Buyer Guarantee – Buy a home-duplicate through Real Estate Ramani and if you're not satisfied after 18 months, I will sell the home-duplicate for free.
Seller Guarantee – Sell a home-duplicate with Real Estate Ramani and if I can't sell it within 90 days, I will waive my commission.

How was our experience working with Imraz? It was absolutely a delight! I’ve had bad past experiences with realtors and Imraz just blew me out of the water. Just amazing and very professional at what he does, it made it so much easier for us. The best part of working with Imraz and him dealing with this is because he treats this almost like his own transaction. He puts his care and ideas like he does for himself, not just a client. He’s just so efficient! I just send him a text and in half and hour or less than that time he
answers you, he knows what he’s talking about and if he doesn’t know, he will get the research
done and get back to us on it, so that was the best part for me. It made it alot easier to go
through this.
Through his vision and planning and us going ahead, he delivered his promise and he has the bragging rights about the highest ever sold on this street in south Unionville, so that is a bragging right!
Yeah, I don’t know how to explain it, it was just a really wonderful experience! I know it's been
a long time but a very quick time as well. We had problems, we talked about covid, we had
problems with some of the workers to be fair and Imraz was again able to take that, or if a
contractor couldn’t do what they were supposed to be doing he could easily switch to get
another contractor in. So all of that stuff just took out so much stress from us, and were very,
very grateful for that!

We just moved into our first home and are very thankful to have chosen Ramani Real Estate.
As first-time homebuyers, we are grateful that the staff provided us with the guidance we needed and really took the time to understand our wants and expectations. The agents were omnipresent and provided prompt responses whenever we had any concerns or questions.

Living in a one bedroom condo with a baby on the way, were looking to move into a house to give us more space. Imraz was extremely knowledgeable about the market and was able to find us a house in a compressed time frame.
