Why Ramani Real Estate Gives Back

When I was six years old my family and I immigrated from East Africa to Canada. Arriving in a completely new country, not knowing the language and not knowing the culture is extremely difficult and disorienting. Had we not had the support of family helping us to adjust, our lives could have taken a turn for the worse.

It wouldn't be far-fetched to say that my family was a single moment's experience away from homelessness: had family not been there, had we not been able to adjust, had our lives been more precarious financially, we could've found ourselves in unimaginable poverty.

Thankfully, that did not happen and I am in a position now to give back to those kids in my second home who weren't as fortunate. This is why I'm donating up to $15,000 of my annual commission earned through your referrals to Covenant House Toronto.

Covenant House is a highly recognized non-profit childcare agency serving the city's homeless youth with emergency shelter, transitional housing, education, employment assistance, counselling, healthcare and more. Their mission is to lead change to challenge at-risk youth to pursue a life of opportunity, as I was able to do.
