Buyer Guarantee – Buy a home-duplicate through Real Estate Ramani and if you're not satisfied after 18 months, I will sell the home-duplicate for free.
Seller Guarantee – Sell a home-duplicate with Real Estate Ramani and if I can't sell it within 90 days, I will waive my commission.

My Husband and I were looking to lease a place and as new comers to the country…it was not as simple. We were then referred to Imraz Ramani and now I know why. Words cannot describe the warmth, empathy and dedication Imraz put in to helping us find our home.

We’ve been ready to sell the house for a while and I couldn’t decide whom to call, (few years ago I sold my house), and now I was helping my friend to do it. I was waiting, feeling that something special is going to happen and it absolutely did.
Imraz was referred to me from a friend. I am so grateful for this contact, having experience agents before I’ve never realized that people like IMRAZ still exists.
From the first moment he came to the house and spoke with us, his personality, manners and trust captured our attention, not to mention his professionalism and knowledge about the business. We didn’t have to think about movers, because he is working with an excellent crew who packed everything very well, removed everything from the house, made a garbage run to the dump and the best thing, they put together all furniture’s in the new place. Moving was smooth and fast, no pressure at all. Price, excellent.
The best happened with the sale, Imraz set up the house for sale so beautifully, had professional pictures done and in a week the house was sold for the highest price in the neighbourhood.

We have been working with Imraz since 2016, he sold our house in Pickering and we received the highest price at that time. He helped us declutter the house, stage the house and it sold within a week. We were really impressed.
Then he helped us find a condo, showed us quite a few, until we were satisfied. Helped us move, clean the condo, renovate and much much more. In the years to come we frequently asked for help and advice and he was always there, without making us feel that we were bothering him.
Then last year we bought a house through him and again, he went over and beyond to show us houses plus advise us on the positives and negatives about the houses. We were sent regular updates on what is coming next and what we need to do.

Living in a one bedroom condo with a baby on the way, were looking to move into a house to give us more space.
