Buyer Guarantee – Buy a home-duplicate through Real Estate Ramani and if you're not satisfied after 18 months, I will sell the home-duplicate for free.
Seller Guarantee – Sell a home-duplicate with Real Estate Ramani and if I can't sell it within 90 days, I will waive my commission.

We have been working with Imraz since 2016, he sold our house in Pickering and we received the highest price at that time. He helped us declutter the house, stage the house and it sold within a week. We were really impressed.
Then he helped us find a condo, showed us quite a few, until we were satisfied. Helped us move, clean the condo, renovate and much much more. In the years to come we frequently asked for help and advice and he was always there, without making us feel that we were bothering him.
Then last year we bought a house through him and again, he went over and beyond to show us houses plus advise us on the positives and negatives about the houses. We were sent regular updates on what is coming next and what we need to do.

When we needed to sell our condo in short order, I got the sense that Imraz would go the extra mile. Unlike many agents, Imraz actually adds tremendous value! He is young, passionate about his services and his reputation for achieving the results his clients expect is entirely accurate. Not only did he accommodate my tight timelines and restrictions but he treated my sale with the utmost care, professionalism and concern. He made me fell like my sale was his priority and he was always available and responsive even eaerly in the monring and late at night.
At time where I wanted to cut corners (with staging for example), Imraz took it upon himself to ensure that the decor, photographs and listing were of the best quality. We listed the place on Friday and by Sunday it had sold generating loads of interest and showings in the meantime. We received an offer for more than we expected with a short closing date that we wanted - Imraz made it work out perfectly!
Imraz did an excellent job and we would without any hesitation whatsoever recommend him to our family and friends (in fact, we already have!).
